Swing seats, chain, swing hangers and all hardware are the same for all of our swingsets. All of our swing pipe is high tensile strength, galvanized 13 gu. tubing manufactured specifically for the playground business with a shiny, smooth, triple zinc flo-coat process . Our welded steel end fittings have been field tested for more than 50 years, and thousands are in use today on U.S. school playgrounds and city park playgrounds.

All swing come with galvanized steel pipes, self lubrication hangers, 4/0 galvanized welded chain & black cut proof seats.

ALL PRIMARY SWINGSETS ARE SOLD AS GALVANIZED, NOT PAINTED!

There will be a 20% upcharge of MSRP price (plus pallet fee) if customer chooses to paint entire swingset.

Customers can choose the color of their SWING SEAT at no extra charge. Please see our SWING ACCESSORIES (pages 1-4) for seat colors and/or swing seat substitution. If you choose to substitute an infant seat for a belt seat for instance, please specify when ordering.

Swing legs shall be 13 gauge 1 7/8” O.D. Top rail for standard Modern swings shall be 13 gauge 2 3/8” O.D. Both are produced in a patented in line triple zinc flo-coating process that provides a smooth shiny uniform appearance with up to 25% greater corrosion resistance than galvanized schedule 40 pipe, along with greater strength and lighter weight for comparable sizes.

Swing end and center fittings shall be fabricated from 13 gauge 2 3/8” and 7 gauge 2 7/8” O.D. flo-coated tubing designed so that legs and top rails slide into the fittings and are held in place with socket set screws.

Standard swing hangers shall be stamped steel split clamp with ductile hanger and bronze bearings. Heavy Duty Hangers (optional) shall be galvanized ductile iron with oil impregnated bronze bearings.

Chain shall be hot dip galvanized 4/0 chain link. Material diameter is .218 inches.
Nominal inside link dimensions 1.29” x .38” with a working load limit of 670 pounds.

Swing seats shall be 6” x 24” molded rubber with steel plate inserts. Hardware shall be zinc coated.

S-Hooks shall be 3/8” O.D., 3” long zinc coated.
