Assembly is Required. Site Preparation including concrete is responsibility of customer. NOTE: Engineering: Sealed Drawings & Fees on Quotes are shown on your quote as an ‘option’. Please check with City Ordinances to verify special requirements and permits before obtaining quotes. NOTE: Signed ‘Design Approval Sheets’ are required of customer by the factory engineers before shelters go into production, and are part of the process. Sealed Drawings & Calculations Provided In 8 1⁄2”x11” Format X3 Copies of Each +Digital Copies With Pier And Spread Footer Analysis Included. Engineered Sealed Drawings Will Be performed To Meet Current Published Local Codes and Conditions. Includes Epoxy Analysis With True Surface Mount Designs. (Sealed engineering drawings are required by most U.S. county government offices and therefore engineering drawing costs (ranging from $900.00 to $1,200.00 etc) will be included in your quote.)
